FOIS Academy

Masterclasses, mentorship and professional development beyond the classroom. FOIS Academy is the continuing-education arm of the platform — built for practitioners who have already started their careers and want to keep sharpening them.

Where It Sits

Alongside the core curriculum

Maven School of Interior Decoration and Design runs the foundational, qualification-track education for people entering the industry. FOIS Academy is a separate, complementary arm — shorter-form, practitioner-facing, and open beyond Maven's own student body.

Where the school builds a career from the ground up, the Academy is where that career keeps developing: a place for working designers, recent graduates and adjacent professionals to add a specific skill, get feedback from peers, or go deep on a single subject without committing to a multi-year programme.

Programme Formats

Three ways to learn

Masterclasses

Focused, single-topic sessions led by experienced practitioners — a few hours spent going deep on one skill, technique or business question, live or on demand.

Mentorship Circles

Small, ongoing groups pairing emerging designers with more established practitioners for structured guidance, portfolio feedback and career direction over time.

Certificate Intensives

Short, structured programmes with a defined syllabus and outcome — for practitioners who want a credential in a specific specialism without a full degree-length commitment.

Who It's For

Built for practitioners

Working designers — looking to add a specialism or stay current with materials, technology and practice.
Recent graduates — bridging the gap between qualification and independent practice.
Adjacent professionals — architects, stylists, contractors and product specialists working alongside interior design.
Maven alumni — continuing their development after completing the school's core curriculum.
