By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), operated by Maven School of Interior Decoration and Design as part of the Future of Interior Spaces initiative, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.
Future of Interior Spaces ("FOIS") is an informational and community platform for the interior design industry. Through the Site we publish research and editorial content (FOIS Intelligence), a journal, video content (FOIS TV), educational programming (FOIS Academy), an awards programme (FOIS Awards), and a conference (FOIS Conference). The Site and its content are provided for informational and community purposes and do not constitute professional, design, or legal advice.
Unless otherwise credited, all content on this Site — including text, images, video, the FOIS name and logo, and the layout and design of the Site — is owned by, or licensed to, Maven School of Interior Decoration and Design. You may view and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or otherwise exploit it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Certain FOIS activities — including the FOIS Conference, FOIS Awards, and any future ticketed, competitive, or subscription-based offering — may carry additional terms specific to that activity, such as event registration terms or awards submission rules. Where additional terms apply, they will be presented to you at the point of participation and will take precedence over these Terms of Use for the matters they specifically address.
If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, contact us at hello@futureofinteriorspaces.com with a description of the material concerned, its location on the Site, and your contact details. We will review reports in good faith and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and you access them entirely at your own risk.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms of Use or used the Site in a way that could harm FOIS, other users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law — will continue to apply.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under, or in connection with, these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any additional terms referenced in Section 5, constitute the entire agreement between you and FOIS regarding use of the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision will not be treated as a waiver of that provision. We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where that failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time as the Site and its offering evolve. Continued use of the Site after any change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
